EMOTION
Capturing the emotion of an athlete is significantly different than showing the game it self, which concentrates your attention on the peak of the action. Emotions are usually more evident immediately before or after moments of exertion. The “before” pictures can show a player filled with anticipation, doubt, nervousness or focus, while the “after” images often portray joy or disappointment. The story of a game’s emotion can also be portrayed in photographs of the spectators of coaches as they react to a play or a ruling.
